What are your hours?
Our car wash is open daily from 8 AM to 6 PM Mon-Fri and Sun. And Sat 8 AM - 7 PM. Detail shop is open daily 8 AM to 4 PM 8 AM - 4 PM.
Do you offer unlimited plans?
Yes, our express wash packages have unlimited plans starting at $14.85 per month.
Do I have to be on-site at the car wash to purchase through the app?
No. You can purchase washes anytime, anywhere and they are yours to use whenever you would like.
Do I need to register a card on file to participate in the Loyalty Rewards Program?
Yes. The Loyalty Rewards program works by tracking in-app purchases, so a card is required for this.
Is my card information secure?
Yes. Once you enter your card details, the data is secured by tokenization. From this point on, none of your sensitive data is ever held on the app.
Do my bundles expire?
Bundles typically do not have an expiration date, in special circumstances if an expiration date has been set, it will be clearly listed with the description of the bundle. Any expiration date will also be listed with the bundle in your App wallet.
Can I gift a wash club?
No. Only washes and bundles can be sent as gifts.
Can I earn Loyalty Points if I pay with cash?
No. The Loyalty Rewards program is based on in-app purchases only.
What happens if the car wash is closed for bad weather or major maintenance?
The operator reserves the right to close the car wash without notice for maintenance or adverse weather conditions. These closures do not qualify for refunds or credits.
